CONCEPTtogether with ARTELIA and HYDROCONSEIL RIM, has been entrusted by the World Bank with the Project: "ELABORATION OF THE MASTER PLAN FOR SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT, ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL IMPACT STUDIES AND PREPARATION OF THE TENDERING DOCUMENTS FOR THE INFRASTRUCTURES TO BE CARRIED OUT FOR THE TOWN OF ROSSO".
The consortium will develop a waste management master plan and prepare the technical documents for the Preliminary Summary Design (PSD), the Detailed Preliminary Design (DPD), the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) and the Tender Documents (TD) for the creation and development of the infrastructures, and the supply of the corresponding mobile equipment, for the commune of Rosso.
The objective of the project is to design a reorganized and sustainable waste collection and disposal system by identifying the means, costs, and financial and organizational conditions in Rosso.
Concept involvement has included: Project Manager; Waste management Specialist, solid waste management Engineer, Environmentalist, Sociologist, Economist, Hydrogeologist, Civil Engineer and GIS and mapping technician


ACTIVITY 1 :Inventory and master plan for household waste management
ACTIVITY 2 :Preliminary Design of infrastructure and equipment characteristics ,Detailed Design and Tender Documents
ACTIVITY 3 : ESIA/SESP including compensation and resettlement plan for households impacted by the project
