MISSION D’ÉLABORATION DU PLAN DE GESTION DES DÉCHETS SOLIDES, DES ÉTUDES D’IMPACTS ENVIRONNEMENTALES ET SOCALIES ET PRÉPARATION DES DAO DES INFRASTRUCTURES À RÉALISER POUR LA COMMUNE DE KIFFA


The objective of the mission is to provide, on behalf of the Commune of Kiffa, the services of completion of the studies for the technical landfill center (CET) of Kiffa.

This is the design of a reorganized and sustainable system for the collection and evacuation of waste by identifying the means, the costs, as well as the financial and organizational conditions to be Kiffa ;

This mission has three components:

– Finalization of environmental and social studies

– Finalization of the technical studies object of the APD initially entrusted to the firm CETA / JTC.

– Development of the DAO on the basis of an administrative file which will be provided by the CCP MOUDOUN


Resumption of the APD: Alignment of the report of the environmental and social study and Updating of the technical studies of infrastructures
Development of the CAD: Installation and development of the site: operating building, service roads
inside the site, rainwater drainage network; miscellaneous Equipment and supplies necessary for the proper functioning of the CET; water supply, electricity
Public utilities network, outdoor lighting
Construction and management of the landfill: construction of landfill cells, leachate drainage network, leachate treatment, biogas drainage and recovery network, environmental monitoring program, closure and redevelopment, etc.
The access track
Deliverables:APD and DAO of infrastructure and equipment specifications, in particular for the landfill site,ESIA/PGES of the project.
