Feasibility study of the management of waste solid waste in the cities of Niamey (935,000 inhabitants in 2007) and Maradi (350,000 in 2007): Diagnosis of the current situation: Legislative and regulatory inventory of the waste managementThe project is based on the analysis of the following data: municipal budgets, material means and human resources put in place by the municipalities and the urban community, projection of the population and the production of waste, realization of a weighing campaign, establishment of technical and economic variants of waste management, economic study of the variants, proposals of actions for capacity building.
