Wastewater, Stormwater & Flood Protection

The services covered by this contract relate to the assistance of theONAS in the technical evaluation of the offers of the works companies, the control and the approval of the studies of design, dimensioning and execution, the follow-up of the civil engineering works, assembly of the equipments, the tests of reception and the commissioning of the wastewater treatment plant of the city of Mahdia and the systems of transfer of the raw and purified water
The deadline for Mission A is 4 months. The period of realization of the studies and works (Missions B and C) is 36 months divided into four periods:
Preparation period: 05 months
Period of execution of the works: 24 months
Development and start-up period: 04 months
Observation period: 03 months
The Consultant's services include three main missions described below:
 Mission A : Assistance technique à l’évaluation des offres
Mission B : Control of the studies and approval of the execution plans

Mission C : Control, follow-up and supervision of the works and control of the realization of the wastewater treatment plant of the city of Mahdia and transfer systems of raw and treated water
