Within the framework of the technical assistance project for the implementation of the study for the improvement of the water supply system of the municipality of Praia financed by Lux Devone of the staff of CONCEPT AFRICA went to Praia in November 2021 to provide a four-day training on EPANET software to eleven (11) executives including 5 executives of ADS "Agua De Santiago", 4 executives of engineering management, an executive of NAWS "National Agency of Water and Sanitation" and an executive of ARME "Agency of Multisectorial Regulation of Economy".
The main objective of this training was to give the participants a good understanding and knowledge of the principles of modeling in order to firstly strengthen their skills to better manage their water supply system and secondly to understand the hydraulic model of Praia and know how to interpret it.
