On Monday, January 27, 2025, the CONCEPT had planned a different working day, away from the usual offices, to combine conviviality and reflection in the premises of the Arab Institute of Business Leaders at Lake 1. The atmosphere was relaxed, conducive to the exchange of information and opinions. Between discussions on professional life and personal anecdotes, this moment allowed everyone to meet outside the strict framework of work.

After a convivial meal, the group headed to a coworking space in the afternoon.  

The meeting dedicated to the 2024 social report was led by the human resources management team. The main data were presented: changes in staff numbers, training policy, improvement of working conditions and actions implemented for the well-being of employees. During two hours of discussions, everyone was able to express their feelings and ask questions. The rich and constructive discussions were concluded with avenues for improvement for the coming year.
