As part of the implementation of the Conakry Sanitation Project (PAC), CONCEPTin group with CIRA-Mali, received notification of the Service Order (OS) with a view to starting the work control and supervision mission for an execution period of twenty-eight (28) months from the date of 04/09 /2023 being prescribed in the OS.
The Republic of Guinea has obtained funding from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) to finance the CAP. This project is under the responsibility of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralization (MATD) through its National Agency for Sanitation and Public Health (ANASP) and managed, since its start in 2020, by the Conakry Sanitation Project Management Unit (UGPAC) thus called Project Owner of this contract
The PAC is a major project comprising three interdependent components: rainwater drainage component, solid waste management component and fecal sludge treatment component. This project takes into account the concerns of the two largest urban communes of Conakry in terms of hygiene and public health. This will protect populations against flooding, reduce risks to public health and safety, safeguard residents' property, secure infrastructure (roads), protect sources of drinking water against potential contamination and to strengthen the solid and liquid waste elimination chain.
As usual, CONCEPT will ensure the execution of the work according to the Rules of the Art and the provisions of the Market, in particular respect for the quality, quantities and execution time of all the work.
