For several years, CONCEPT's policy has been to equip itself with the most efficient computer software and tools in the various sectors of activity (CONCEPT was even the first distributor of Bentley computer solutions Bentley in French-speaking Africa). The continuous training of its engineers and technicians is intended to ensure that they are constantly up to date with the developments of these IT solutions, developments that have become increasingly rapid thanks to the integration of satellite imagery and geomatics. CONCEPT has introduced into its internal organization the position of "Technical Leader", who is responsible - for a given discipline - for ensuring a technological watch as well as the uniformity of approach and calculation and modeling methods. Indeed, the multitude of software and approaches dictates CONCEPT to adopt "a school" in each of the disciplines that its activity embraces.

A training cycle in the use of IT solutions dedicated todrinking water supply has just been organized internally and was led by the Water Systems Technical Leader. This cycle was also an opportunity to recall the theoretical fundamentals of the dimensioning of Drinking Water Systems composed of supply networks, pumping stations, reservoirs and distribution networks.
