Document review and data collection
Analysis of the technical and financial feasibility of each project based on the information collected and the documentation;
Analysis of the global situation as well as the spatial location of project intervention sites;
Evaluation of the degree of adhesion and participation of the beneficiaries of each project; In this framework, the motivations, concerns and recommendations of the populations and the different interest groups will be rigorously analyzed and taken into account for the sustainability of the projects.
Definition of the modalities of implementation and participatory management of the projects based on the analysis of the level of organization of the sites (and/or the village) as well as the involvement of the deconcentrated technical services and other entities;
Assessment of the positive, negative, direct and indirect impacts on the biophysical and human environment of the project based on available information, contacts and field visits;
Proposal, if necessary, of accompanying social and environmental mitigation measures for the sustainability of project activities; the costs of implementing these environmental and social measures will be internalized in the project
Facilitation of the validation meeting for the complete study report.
